Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order on javahra.shop constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive our order confirmation by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where an item is out of stock, a price or description was displayed in error, or payment could not be verified. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, collections, and availability may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Please review it before placing your order. Custom-stitched and made-to-measure articles are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, embellishment, and handwork are characteristic of hand-crafted pieces and are not considered defects.
